Custom battery pack samples are charged, and you test one with your inverter before the batch. Custom packs usually take one to two months. UN38.3, IEC 62133 and MSDS documents are available. We ship worldwide from Shenzhen.
Why battery lists exist
An inverter maker tests certain batteries and settings together. A battery outside the list may still work, but the inverter might not read its data, charge it correctly or show its charge level. Our approach is to match the battery to your inverter's voltage and protocol, and prove it on a sample.
