Order size, documents and delivery
MOQ depends on the product. Send the quantity you plan. Custom packs usually take one to two months, and custom battery pack samples are charged. UN38.3, IEC 62133 and MSDS documents are available. We ship worldwide from Shenzhen.
Voltage and cell count
For Li-ion packs, the voltage comes from the number of cells in series.
The controller's range decides the layout. Capacity comes from the cells in parallel.
Energy and range
Energy in watt-hours is voltage times amp-hours. Range depends on the motor, the load, the terrain, the speed and the rider, so two vehicles with the same pack can go different distances. Tell us the range you want, and we work from the vehicle's real power use.
Case, lock and mounting
The case must match the frame, the rails and the lock. We can build it in plastic or metal, with the contacts in the right place. Send the original pack, or drawings with the lock position and the contact layout.
Documents and markets
Documents depend on where the vehicles are sold. UN38.3, IEC 62133 and MSDS are available for our packs, and other requirements depend on the market and the customer. Tell us early.
